At iZoro, every product is carefully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. Since our products are 3D printed and made with precision, we request you to read our policy carefully before placing an order.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Due to the nature of 3D printing and small-batch production, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Minor layer lines or surface texture (normal in 3D printed products)

Slight color variations

Used or damaged items after delivery

Custom-designed or personalized products

If your return is approved:

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was from our side)

We ensure proper packaging. However:

Damage claims must include an unboxing video

Without proof, we may not be able to process claims
π Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
