At iZoro, every product is carefully designed and quality-checked before dispatch. Since our products are 3D printed and made in small batches, please read our shipping policy carefully.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Custom or made-to-order products may take 3–5 business days

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

🚛 Delivery Timeline (Pan India)

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional handling charges.

📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

📦 Packaging

All iZoro products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Since 3D printed products can have fine details, we ensure proper cushioning and protective wrapping.

⚠ Delays & Liability

While we strive for timely delivery, iZoro is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company issues

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

📦 Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos along with your Order ID

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process claims.
