Welcome to iZoro. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ General

These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from iZoro. By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2️⃣ Products & Nature of 3D Printing

All iZoro products are manufactured using FDM 3D printing technology.

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

  • Minor layer lines may be visible

  • Slight color variations may occur

  • Small surface texture differences are normal

These are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify product designs without prior notice to improve durability or functionality.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods on our website.

  • We do not store card, UPI, or banking details.

If GST is applicable, it will be shown at checkout/invoice.

4️⃣ Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

iZoro is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos

  • Mandatory unboxing video for damage claims

Without proof, claims may not be processed.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Product designs

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Branding

are the intellectual property of iZoro.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.

Legal action may be taken in case of infringement.

8️⃣ Limitation of Liability

iZoro shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Misuse of products

  • Damage caused due to improper handling

Customers are responsible for using products safely and as intended.

9️⃣ User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems

  • Provide false information

  • Abuse or harass our team

We reserve the right to block such users.

🔒 Design Protection Clause

All iZoro product designs are proprietary. Any attempt to replicate, copy, resell, or commercially reproduce our 3D designs without written permission will result in legal action
